Help! My order hasn't arrived
If your order has not arrived within 3 working days for standard delivery, or 4 working days for rural delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. We will put a trace on the parcel, and let you know what is happening as soon as possible.
Please note, if you placed your order after 2pm on a Friday it may miss the afternoon courier and not be sent until the Monday. If this is the case, do not expect your parcel before Tuesday or Wednesday. If you have not received the parcel, please let us know by Wednesday afternoon. If you have requested the parcel to be left in your box, or have chosen to use New Zealand post, we cannot be responsible for any missing parcels. |
